About Ascot

    Ascot International Management Services Ltd. was founded on August 1, 1994 in Beausoleil, France. At that time, there was no Registered Office Address Services company between Nice and Menton. It is for this reason that, in order to register a few companies, the partners had the idea to create their own domiciliation company.

    On August 16, 1994, Ascot IMS became one of the first companies in the PACA region to receive a local authority approval in the field of domiciliation. In the 1990s, while the

    Registered Office Address Services was little known to the public, Ascot continued to gradually grow.

    In 2012, Judith EVANS took over management of the company. Judith invested her time and knowhow into creating a network of professional partners. She created a marketing and communications strategy with the creation of a new website and a new visual identity. To reach out to existing customers and the general public, Ascot opened out to the social networks thereby expanding its reach.

    In 2013, due to an increasing demand from start-ups and small businesses, Ascot’s Registered Office Address Service created a special SME / Start-up contract. Under Judith Evans leadership, the company expanded the services offered and the rental of empty or fitted out offices and the rental of meeting rooms.  Ascot equally grew overseas and  the company and the number of customers continued to increase. With an ever-expanding client list, Judith EVANS noticed that was real potential for creating synergies between her clients and partners.

    In 2014, Ascot innovated again with the organization of its first “Business Networking” aperitif meeting between clients and partners, which was a huge success and continues to be so today. The same year, Ascot celebrated its 20th anniversary and unveiled a new logo that was specifically designed to mark the event. Since 2015, Ascot continues to be a leader in the world of Registered Office Address Services thanks to its’ marketing and communication programmes.

Ascot Dom’, the abbreviated version of the corporate name, has housed companies throughout France and worldwide for more than 20 years. The experience gained with entrepreneurs naturally led the way to the creation of the company slogan « Making business easier »
